Realm Forge Academy offers the World Forge Pathway — a two-year, self-paced learning pathway that transforms creative thinkers into career-ready World Forgers, equipped to launch careers in gaming, VR, animation, film, tabletop design, publishing, and the metaverse. The program consists of 10 sequentially unlocked courses totaling 33 pathway credits, all with $0 student debt.

Phase 1: Foundation (Courses 1–3) — Build knowledge in immersive technology, AI literacy & ethics, and digital finance, and lay the founding rules of the student's realm. Develop critical thinking and ethical frameworks.

Phase 2: Exploration & Creation (Courses 4–8) — World architecture, complex systems & quantum literacy, drone piloting & cinematography, digital ownership & creator rights, and strategic wargaming design — all within the student's own realm.

Phase 3: Mastery & Launch (Courses 9–10) — Production strategy, leadership, and capstone portfolio creation. Students produce pitch decks, trailers, brand assets, lore documents, and a complete professional portfolio.

Courses unlock sequentially — each one opens when the previous course is complete.

The Ember Journal is a guided reflection writing experience built into the student dashboard. After completing a lesson, students work through a guided reflection conversation with Ember — not to be graded on quality, but to genuinely grow. Reflections are graded complete/incomplete, never scored for content quality.

• Conversational, not clinical — feels like talking to a mentor, not filling out a form
• Adaptive depth — if a student goes deep early, Ember adjusts; if they struggle, Ember slows down and helps
• Every reflection is saved — students build a personal journal that becomes a record of their intellectual growth
• Ember never writes the reflection for the student — Ember guides, questions, and encourages, but the student's words are their own

The Ember Journal is a private space. Instructors can see that a reflection was submitted, but they cannot read what the student wrote. This isn't a marketing gimmick — it's a foundational design decision. Students who believe their reflections are being watched will perform instead of reflect, and performance defeats the purpose.

Use these phrases when describing Ember in outreach materials:

• Never call Ember "AI" or a "chatbot" — use "learning companion," "tutor," or "mentor"
• Never claim Ember replaces teachers or human mentors
• Never suggest Ember writes assignments for students
• Never use cold or technical language like "algorithm" or "model" in student-facing materials
• Never imply surveillance — say "Ember remembers where you left off," not "Ember tracks your progress"

The pathway is divided into three phases. Each phase builds upon the last, taking students from foundational knowledge to creative mastery and professional-ready output. All courses are self-paced with instructor support available. Courses unlock sequentially — each one opens when the previous course is complete.

Realm Forge Academy uses two visual languages unified by a deep-dark foundation. The Info Site (public-facing pages) uses a gold accent palette, while the Learning Platform uses a blue cyberpunk aesthetic. The Ember companion has its own warm orange accent palette wherever it appears.

The Realm Forge Academy brand mark is an anvil SVG icon paired with the "Realm Forge Academy" text mark in Cinzel 700. The anvil represents the forge — the place where worlds are created.
